Your guitar was made at the Peerless Plant, Koreaon October, 1999Production Number: 401 Peerless Korea Co., Ltd. You can buy correct one on internet for a few bucks. Will include but I chose to leave the original on. I bought a replacement but bought a silver insert instead of gold. Pot and guitar are fine.I think someone tried to remove the knob incorrectly. I've only seen 1 other with this combination on the internet Guitar is in excellent condition, no scratches or buckle rash, except as noted:1 small ding near input jack see pic 11small amount of damage on corner of headstock see pic 12.1 control knob got damaged somehow. Original hard shell case with epiphone logo. Complete with original pickguard and Epi Emblem.
